It's basic and worth the price, nothing more. Big rooms the size of a roomy NYC studio or even one-bed apartment. Clean sheets, towels, good hot shower. Must have been apartment building at one time, has a faded 1970's Miami Beach vibe before the restoration and trendiness. Neighborhood okay but not charming.

This was a nice property for the price. The hot water was lukewarm, at best. But, I survived! 😂 I will stay there again if I’m in the area. The restaurant attached to the property was very good. I am learning Spanish, but there was someone when I checked in & out that spoke English very well.

Slightly disappointing

Check in was good, helpful staff. Convenient location in central Chetumal and secure car parking. The room was spacious however, facilities, linens in the room and bathroom fixtures need updating. Bedrooms lack sufficient sound proofing. Needs a major refurbishment.

Very good hotel with a GREAT restaurant

We stayed at this hotel with our dog. We really appreciate them allowing dogs as so few hotels will. The hotel is very clean and the staff were nice, especially the young woman serving us in the restaurant. The hallway to the rooms is very wide and the ceramic tiles on the floor seem to not buffer the noise as people roll their suitcases along the hallway. It was horrible and luckily we were at the end of the hallway so we didn’t have many people passing by. We don’t usually eat at hotel restaurants but for convenience we did the first night. It was so good that we continued to eat most meals there. The food was so good!! We sat outside every time so that our dog could sit under our chair. The pool is very nice and the water was warm. All around I would suggest this hotel especially if you have a pet.
