"We loved our stay at Osaka Garden Palace! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shin-Osaka station is walkable, however, after a long day it can be tiresome to walk; but no fear, they offer a free shuttle from the station to the hotel. It runs about every 15 mins to and from the station which is super convenient to guests! We loved the shuttle service - having small kids, it was very helpful. Will definitely stay again in future visits! : ) "

"One of the few reasonably priced hotels near the airport that provide shuttle to and from the airport. Others only provide shuttle to the airport. Good hotel for overnight stay between flights. To access train it is simplest to take shuttle back to the airport to take train to get to a big station like shin osaka"
