"Hotel is closing this year - surprising as we appreciated our stay while visiting Osaka. Not the best location, but a good one and still close to Osaka station (to go to Kyoto) and the M-line (to go towards Namba station - Dotonbori - and transit to Nara). Not as clean as it could be (dust), but otherwise great experience. Breakfast, tea time and happy hours are really nice plus for “club premium”. "

"We loved our stay at Osaka Garden Palace! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shin-Osaka station is walkable, however, after a long day it can be tiresome to walk; but no fear, they offer a free shuttle from the station to the hotel. It runs about every 15 mins to and from the station which is super convenient to guests! We loved the shuttle service - having small kids, it was very helpful. Will definitely stay again in future visits! : ) "
