"Hotel was amazing. The room was really nice, friendly staff. Good quality bedding and towels. Excellent breakfast with so much choice. 15 min walk from the main Dotonburi area, and Namba metro station. perfect location. Would definatley recommend this hotel and would stay there again. "

"They have in house filtered water which means I didnt have to buy water to start my day. Great Breakfast buffet selection. Very close to dotonbori and shinsaibashi as well."

"very nice stay would definitely recommend and stay here again. budget wasn't the best needs more variety of foods, incredibly limited. the room lighting for makeup and getting ready for women was very dull and very limited, needs a vanity or vanity lighting on restroom mirror. uber and taxi pick ups were always a struggle we had to walk out of the area to catch an uber or taxi, quite inconvenient. otherwise, great service great location great people great atmosphere love it!!!"

"The room and service were excellent. The location is great with many restaurants nearby. The subway station is close and the main shopping area is walkable from the hotel. Overall, an outstanding experience."

"Great 4-star hotel. Easy access to Namba Walk (underground shopping and restaurants) and other tourist attractions. VIP upgrade to the 30th floor (2nd highest) and 1pm checkout. The room size is adequate for Japan standard. The queen size has great back support. The AC is superb. The shower head is the most powerful sray we have ever seen. We need to place a wash cloth to hold it in place to avoid spinning. Two bottles of water are supplied everyday. Clean sheets every other day. Amenities included mouthwash for men and women. The lobby is on the 22nd floor and staff welcome us all times. Great stay and will stay again. "
