"I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "

"Both the exterior and rooms are beautiful. You get the feel of New Orleans and a bit of opulence. The staff is super attentive from the time you step out of your vehicle to check out. Room service is prompt from bringing extra blankets to delivering great New Orleans cuisine cooked by the in- house Crillio restaurant. The in-house bar is a great place experience from the live music to the beautiful carousel style bar. Highly recommended and will come back again"

"I was really pleased with my stay at the Holiday Inn French Quarter Chateau Lemoyne. One of the coolest things about the property is its location. It’s hidden on a lowkey street but still only a short walk from Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, eateries, and other French Quarter attractions. The courtyard and swimming pool gives the hotel a cute New Orleans touch and provides a nice place to unwind after a busy day of exploring. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was cozy and clean....

"Will, the concierge at the front desk, was amazing! He went above and beyond to help us make our daughters bucket list trip awesome! The valet was awesome as well! We arrived tired and irritated, and the valet, I wish I could remember his name, put our minds at ease and took care of us and our vehicle with the greatest understanding. "We just finished a 5 night stay at Olivier House. I want to start by saying there are so many wonderful things I absolutely loved about this hotel. It had such great character, a true New Orleans vibe. I enjoyed the cats, the aesthetics, the greenery, and atmosphere. It was a good location, easy to get around.
