"Very friendly and helpful staff! We had a very cold room and told the front desk staff. He said he would have maintenance check on this issue. We listened to music and had drinks in the bar. When we returned to our room, maintenance had replaced the temperature control in our room and it was warmer! We were very impressed!"

The hotel is right along Clifton Hill, so we were close to so many of the activities we planned. The scenery was incredible. We stayed on the 10th floor and booked a Riverview room, and the view was absolutely breathtaking.
