"Staff were friendly, but the rest of the experience fell short. The pool area was in rough shape, and the room barely had the basics.. one example: just two pillows and minimal bedding, with no extras available from front desk. Everything felt cheap and poorly maintained. The toilet paper holder was crooked, the tub caulking looked badly done, and the TV was extremely small…."
