"The staff that chekced us in was fantastic, friendly,, knowledgeable, just a great experience. The pool area was soooooo warm it felt like swimming in the summer. Sad that the hot tub no longer works. It was an amazing one when it did. There is an attached mall to the property. With something for everyone. Even vegan options. A few shops and very friendly staff. The parking garage is security patrolled and saw no less than 3 security guards in the mall. The hot tub suite was beautiful, with cookies and bottled water waiting. As well as a hand written christmas card. Welcoming us to the hotel. Make this hotel a forsure stop. The breakfast was good, fresh and hot"

"Great service - a last minute booking due to a mixup in our travel plans and they still managed to get us three rooms side by side while hosting MANY young hockey families for a tournament that was happening. All the people at front desk were so friendly and smiling during a busy weekend with a snowstorm to boot! Oh and also - real comfy beds!"
