"We had a wonderful weekend at the Moxy in Belfast City Centre. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The room was great. The hotel is very central. We came for the marathon, as did a number of guests, and they were very helpful (and sympathetic) to all participants. We will stay here again."

"The staff were welcoming and efficient. The room very good size, clean and bed comfortable. Good shower. The breakfast was first class and evening meals surprisingly good quality and good value. Exterior air conditioning machines on ground level a bit noisy (we were first floor) but bearable. Lots of civil engineering work going on outside in this part of belfast but nothing the hotel could do about that. Will eventually be complete."

"I had a generally very positive stay here. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly throughout, and the property was always clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent — everything you need is within walking distance, which made getting around really convenient. The only thing I wish I had paid closer attention to before booking (my own oversight) was the room layout. I booked a double bed but would have preferred twins, and more importantly, the toilet and shower are in separate...

"The room was clean and equipped with tea and coffee supplies and toiletries. Nice walk in shower. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel offers a good quality place to stay within walking distance of all amenities. Some very nice restaurants nearby too."

"The mattress was the worse I’ve ever had in my life. It actually squeaked every time either of us moved. Extremely uncomfortable. For the very high price we paid, this is unacceptable. In addition to this they charged me for WiFi after I talked twice to the front desk and both tie they promised they would remove it."
