"Although the hotel looked nice, the room was ridiculous. We got a family room which was supposed to have 3 beds. There was absolutely no room to walk around or put our stuff down. The air conditioning, TV and phone were all broken so it was a long hot night. There wasn’t even an iron in the room. You had to go to a room down the hall. The location was great but I wouldn’t go back."

"We stayed at Second Nature Belfast for three nights. The location was very convenient for shops and public transport. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and we had some great cocktails from the ground floor bar. All that said, I’ll likely stay elsewhere next time because I also noted very dirty walls and surfaces in our room, as well as some dirty crockery, and I didn’t think the room layout was especially well planned. "The hotel is in a great location, near the bus/train station and walking distance to the city centre. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice and regularly topped up. Staff very friendly. The hotel will store your bag once you’ve checked out if you need them to. We would come back to this hotel again."
