"Location and cost superb. Friendly staff. I figured the amenities would be bare, but not quite as bare as they were. No sizable flat area to set items such as an iPad or laptop. There was a folding chair to sit on. On Sunday at 4:15 am the fire alarm sounded for seventeen minutes--apparently a malfunction. That was a bummer. Overall, a solid, affordable experience that could be made better."

"A slightly bumpy start as no towels in the room and the safe was locked. All sorted out very quickly after we arrived though. Staff could not have been more helpful when we reported the problem. You feel well looked after. Lovely room, well appointed, with a great view east towards the port, and well located for situated for getting about, just five minutes walk from City Hall and shopping areas and 20 minutes walk from Ormeau Park (where I was off to see the Cure the first night we were there)...
