"The staff at Four Points in Bintan are the most welcoming, cheerful and helpful people I have met, never experienced something like this in my life. The hotel is a great place to relax: one can swim at the pool, walk by the beach, have drinks at the pool bar or exercise at the gym. Perfect to switch off for a few days. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is also great, one probably needs weeks to try all the options; make sure you include when booking. Overall, highly recommended."

You are able to walk to the mall with the linkage shared between the hotel and mall with no issue. If you have a big family, hotel rooms can be linked with doors in between the rooms."
