"We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport before & after our trip to Maldives. Staff members are friendly & eager to help. Special mention to Christine & Constance (??) who are very welcoming when we arrived at Check-in. Other male crews are eager to help with luggage handling & make our trip in Singapore marvellous. "We had lost our valuable pair of shoes in a bag during the during the checkout. Not effective follow ups by hotel managament after few calls and re-visit to hotel. Disappointed the complaint not addressed and just by "Not Found", is not something acceptable to this type prestigious hotel."

"Hotel was well located in an area full of attractive dining options and an active social scene. The concierge staff was courteous and welcoming. Check in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious, well lit and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was the water in the shower was barely luke warm, making for a quick and uncomfortable bath in the morning. Maybe Singapore being a tropical place, locals probably prefer cold to luke warm showers but in air conditioned room, it...

"Nice location and clean and spacious room. Only thing negative is the sounds coming from the external walls or ceiling every night. I noticed this everytime I stay in this hotel. For the faint hearted will think is haunted"
