"The hotel is ideal for a layover where you arrive late and a hotel in the city will just delay your rest. Most importantly, the beds are comfy and just right, even for 2 people. Folks who are claustrophobic may not appreciate the lack of windows in the cabins. The breakfast bar is sufficient enough for those who are not expecting a full breakfast, i.e., the coffee and yoghurt crowd. Bonus... on some days you get an almost unobstructed view of the fountain opening at 10am... only drawback is that...

"Like the hotel, quite and clean"

"We had lost our valuable pair of shoes in a bag during the during the checkout. Not effective follow ups by hotel managament after few calls and re-visit to hotel. Disappointed the complaint not addressed and just by "Not Found", is not something acceptable to this type prestigious hotel."

"Housekeeping is done every other day. Hence, just don’t mistakenly press (turn on) DND button by the doorway as a light switch when stepping out for the day. Don’t assume the housekeepers will change the mattress sheet because it’s not always done unless it’s requested at the front desk. Their TV channels sometimes have sound and other times no audio. Although front desk clerk says a technician will be in the next day to have it fixed, but it never did. Manager Laura was very professional....
