"Nice hotel, in good location"

"The food in the hotel is pricey but there are plenty of eateries nearby. We did have room service and the burger and cheese plate was very good. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room comfortable and quiet. We were close to the lifts so did hear people chatting as they were waiting but it wasn’t too intrusive."

"The carpet in our room had not been vacuumed, there were food crumbs on the floor. We wanted to check in 15 minutes early and were charged 15 pounds. I felt that was a little high of a charge for 15 minutes. "

Restaurant was good. Marty and Siba were excellent Room spacious, nice towels, products. Coffee, cookies, kettle and water in the room. Comfy bed. Great location, we walked everywhere. "

It was situated at the front of the building over some sort of service room with a generator or boiler that emitted a constant drone all through the night. "My partner and I had a wonderful three-night stay at Rhinefield House for his birthday. The staff were all excellent - a special mention to Deborah at breakfast and afternoon tea, whose warmth and personality really stood out - but everyone we encountered was lovely. They also made a thoughtful effort to acknowledge my partner’s birthday, which we hadn’t expected and really appreciated. We were lucky with the weather, which meant we could properly enjoy the beautiful grounds, especially...
