"Hotel 101 Pasay was crowded when I check in. Have security check before driver turning into lobby for safety check. Bell boy was very friendly and quick in response, and offered to help deliver my luggage to the room even though it is just a small cabin baggage and there’s still many guest around. "The service was wonderful from the minute I arrived. Never opened a single door but my hotel room and the lobby bathroom. Always attentive to my needs while eating at the breakfast buffet or when I was at the bar. A simple glance around to look for staff I felt they saw me before I could find them. Never felt pressured to rush even when I arrived late for my breakfast. When I was having issues with my TV I had staff up there within minutes I mean like less than 5 and were helping me fix the...
