"Our stay was exceptional! It was refreshing to receive impeccable customer service. All accommodations exceeded our expectations. Enjoyed the most delicious seafood dinner in their restaurant and then relaxied in the outdoor jacuzzi located in the spa. We definitely plan on returning to Monterey Plaza Hotel and Spa in the future. We stayed the 3rd week in May. For the quality of the hotel, service and location, this gem was a bargain!!"

"Easy check-in, friendly and efficient staff, lovely grounds and super duper CLEAN! We really appreciated the cold and hot filtered water next to the ice machine. Hairdryer, nice shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and microwave and mini fridge in the room. No shower caps, ear or cotton swabs but nice makeup "
