"This was one the better hotels we stayed at while in Japan. The room was extremely spacious for the price👍. Able to fit 2 large suitcases in the room while open and still walk around. The room has great AC, but could use a good dusting as it was quite stuffy at first. The window openings and carpets need to be cleaned better. "Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
