"My husband and I vacationed at this hotel on October 21-27, 2024. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish...

"Over all great experience, clean throughout the resort, polite service by the waiters, fresh food served. The only thing I could recommend is glass cups around the pools especially around the kids pool. There were two incidents where a glass cup was broken, falling into the pool and another in the sunbed area. The kids pool had to be shutdown for the remainer of the day, which is not ideal.
