"Extended my stay via a separate booking and it took 3 separate reminders at front desk to retain the original room booked. Even then, on the day of extension, front desk claimed my room wasn't in the system despite it being paid for. Sheer laziness on his part, his colleague had to intervene to sort it out. Poor service overall this time round in an otherwise outstanding premises. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Makkah hotel. The room had 4 beds and a sofa bed, it was very spacious and comfortable for our family. The room and hotel was spotless and very clean throughout. The location is excellent. Once you come down in the lift, you can walk straight through the mall and into the Haram.
