Cari Hotel di Wilayah Makkah

"We’ve been upgraded to full view of kaabah masyallah . Thank you so much Miss Ubaidah for the upagrde Beds we’re so confortable I had no trouble sleeping everytime. Amenities were great. Breakfast was good. One of the best highlights of my hajj journey Location is the best. Connected to mall as well Will bring my kids and my mum to this hotel for umrah soon"

"The bathroom in my room smelled like sewer. The only way to help ease the smell was to open the bathroom door and let the odor permeate throughout the room. Cleaning staff was great. They came everyday to see if we needed the room to be cleaned . Room was clean as well and bed comfortable . Shuttle was a hustle. People don't know how to line up and take turns to get on the shuttle. No patients and not discipline. Don't let the distance listed fool you. The shuttle will take you on a 15 mins ride...

"Clean stuff done their job perfectly The staff was very good and I found the communication with this hotel was very good as they responded to my email quickly They are very welcoming All staff was very helpful when you need help"

"Extended my stay via a separate booking and it took 3 separate reminders at front desk to retain the original room booked. Even then, on the day of extension, front desk claimed my room wasn't in the system despite it being paid for. Sheer laziness on his part, his colleague had to intervene to sort it out. Poor service overall this time round in an otherwise outstanding premises. "

"excellent location, easier to access the Haram from this location rather than via the clock tower hotels. good value for money."

"Breakfast menu should not be repeated"

"Stayed at anjum hotel for many times over the years now , very clean and classy , they have set the bar high so I don’t seem to book elsewhere now ."

"Simply best"

"Al Ebaa was a nice hotel for the price. It felt like a nicer version of a motel. It was very outdated. It was a bit of a walk to the haram, a lot of walking if you want to go the Clock Tower or Umrah gate. The breakfast was good - though they did not have a lot of fresh fruit or real fruit juices. If you don't mind walking and are not looking for a five star hotel, then Al Ebaa is not a bad choice."
