"I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "

"The staff from the front desk to the bellmen to the housekeeping team were friendly and consistently went above and beyond this was my 4th stay at thr Omni and i look forward to coming back again! A HUGE THANK YOU to Smiley who went above and beyond and upgraded our room to a balcony room which made our trip extra special and 5 stars and 2 Big thumbs up. Thank you everyone, i consider Nola my home away from home and now the omni will be my only go to for upcoming stays! Thanks a million!"

"This was a top tier stay. The hotel was clean and modern. Nice bar and restaurant. No issues with the staff, and everyone at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable. An in room microwave would’ve been nice. Walkable to plenty of restaurants and attractions. Location felt safe. I’ll likely stay here again next time I’m in NOLA."
