"Was not bad. Good location right off I10. Close to Lake Charleo casinos, and Delta Downs. I went for Mens NCAA Tournament betting, so location was good. Vinton small town, so not a lot of good eating around besides casinos. The hotel was clean and had breakfast could have had more options. Staff was friendly as well. "

"Disappointing stay – major cleanliness and noise issues I stayed here last Saturday night and unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel. There were several issues that made our stay uncomfortable: Cleanliness: We found a cockroach by the coffeemaker, and the carpet throughout the room was visibly dirty. Noise: The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Service: The staff member serving breakfast was very rude and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of hygiene and poor service was unacceptable. I won’t be returning."

"I was unimpressed with the hotel...front staff was not very friendly...room was small and we got one roll of toilet paper and one tiny bar of soap...this hotel is not in a very good area...pool was also uninviting by the looks of it... figured all Best Westerns were nice but this one's not...won't be back"
