"I will never stay at this hotel again. Let me list the issues—the air conditioner made a loud popping noise every time it cycled off!! Woke me up repeatedly. The pool was closed indefinitely since they can’t get the chemicals right. I called for a hairdryer as there wasn’t one and was told they would send one up—after 1 1/2 hours I called back and said never mind. The lighted mirror didn’t work in the bathroom. We used the gym but the fridge for water was of course empty—also no exercise mats were available. Lastly, and the least of everything was the water side view was obstructed by the extremely dirty windows. The staff were friendly but overworked and understaffed. It’s like the shell of the hotel was great but all the working parts were missing. Even in the elevator people were talking about how bad the hotel was. Sadly, I had to agree with them. Thankfully we were only here for one night. "

"Disappointing stay – major cleanliness and noise issues I stayed here last Saturday night and unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel. There were several issues that made our stay uncomfortable: Cleanliness: We found a cockroach by the coffeemaker, and the carpet throughout the room was visibly dirty. Noise: The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Service: The staff member serving breakfast was very rude and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of hygiene and poor service was unacceptable. I won’t be returning."

"The staff and parking was good but the conditions of the hotel were terrible. The elevator has stopped working one time and the room telephone was not working at all. The water pressure was very low and the tub was very slippery and the towels were pathetic. They were torn in four or five different places had holes all in the towels and the soap bars were as thin as paper."

"Ramona was awesome and made our visit very memorable and was very helpful and courteous throughout the visit, however the young lady who works the 7-3 shift was not so helpful and friendly. I told her we needed towels being that we ran out and to her it didn’t seem like a sense of urgency. When we came back someone had entered our room, removed the towels and didn’t place any more so I mentioned to her about the towel situation and stated that our trash wasn’t removed or bed made up. She proceeded to say someone else will come back to clean etc. but that didn’t make sense.We didn’t even stay our full time because it was giving us we were a bother to her so we packed up, left and went back home. My husband did also say the lady from the late night shift 11-7pm was very friendly as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay whilst we were here and visiting the Casinos but we won’t be visiting again."

"My stay was horrible. Whenever I asked for towels I was always told they were out. Finally I insisted they said they would have to go take some from an empty room. Like how can you not have towels everyday. It was too loud and running and jumping above me all day and night. The pool was extremely cold with no towels for my child to use getting out. I zero out of ten recommend staying here. "
