"I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "

"The adult pool was closed early on the same day that the swim around pool was drained and had construction on a Friday. This was the whole po t of the trip. To enjoy the adult pool and the swim around pool. This was awful that they did this especially on the start of a weekend. "

"Love staying here! Always clean, staff is very professional and always helpful. The environment makes you sigh with relaxation the second you step out the car. Will continue to book here over and over (made a mistake booking across the street for one night…lesson learned!)"

"This hotel had a beautiful courtyard and pool. Indoor parking was nice. The room was very nice and bed was really comfortable. It was near Jackson Square and the Cathedral plus Bourbon Street and tons of stores and restaurants."
