"The hotel is a gem in the middle of the French Quarter. It has a combination of classic elegance and modern conveniences that hit you as soon as you walk in. The rooms are very modern with all types of lifting controls including motion sensors under the bed that turn on soft lights if you get up in the middle of the night. The staff was friendly and ultra professional. It was a high class vibe in walking distance to most sights."

"Great location, right in the middle of everything."

"Older property so expect some dated furniture and wear and tear. Rooms could honestly use a refresh and new paint but hey, when in New Orleans, the time is had outside the room! The staff was pleasant but not as much attentive as they could have been. We encountered a problem with the AC in the room and despite multiple notifications to management, there was no resolve.
