"Rooms are outdated. Bathroom fixtures and cabinets look old and not maintained. Except for the lobby, the hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Guests have to request room cleaning or towel replacements. We made a request in the morning around 9am, and, to our surprise, it was not done by the time we were back around 8pm so we had to request the service again. In today’s information age, gusts have to pay for decent internet, however, I believe this is true for all Hilton hotels. We will not be back."

"Great place to say, yes a little set off the Main Street but a nice escape from the hustle. Hotel was clean staff was so nice there were games to play and we loved ping pong and connect four the room was great, the balcony was an added perk and the restaurant on property was great. And yes there’s a shuttle to get back and forth if needed but the steps were an added brag who could get back first. Really enjoyed our stay"

"The hotel is located close to everything downtown. Family fun, night life and experience the city life of burbank. Would recommend this for family trips or even solo trips would book again."

"Very beautiful place for weddings, but the constant weddings blocked off the sidewalks for hotels goers going to Universal Studios. Families with strollers and people with mobility devices shouldn't have to be in the road with all the constant cars"

"Great central location. The hotel is close to medical plazas (reason for our stay) and within walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. My favorite amenity was the parking garage that allowed entrance to our hotel room floor."

"I'm sure the other rooms were nicer as I tend to get stuck with the ones that aren't as nice for being who I am. Would be more pleasant if things weren't degrading so much on the property. Rooms were decent and mostly clean. One major complaint, since when does it cost 8 dollars to do one load of laundry. And my clothes never did completely dry so I had to air dry them. I don't know if they keep it that way or if it was built for a specific villain to make their visit as uncomfortable and...
