"I don’t normally leave such detailed reviews, but in this case, it’s definitely warranted.
Where do I even begin? The Mandarin Oriental, Lake Como was absolutely incredible and, without question, one of the highlights of our entire trip to Italy!
We were travelling through Italy and booked only two nights at the Mandarin, but if we were planning the trip again, we would definitely stay at least one night longer.
The hotel lived up to its name, which is synonymous with exceptional service,...

"Tourist class hotel masquerading as a higher Star. Beds didn't have covering on the box spring and were stained. Visible mold in bathroom and room. The floor we stayed on smelled of sewage/feces. Rude staff. Couldn't recommend this place less if I tried. Zero stars."
