"The hotel and staff were beyond my expectations; fabulous! So friendly with surprises for us like a room upgrade, a chilled bottle of champagne, a 1/2 bottle of red wine, our large room with a beautiful bathroom, living room with seating, wonderful bed, great restaurant called Sfizio with delicious food and a lovely manager! The front desk personnel were very helpful and kind. Walking distance to the major sights including the Duomo, Opera, Galleria Vittorio Emanuel’s II, etc. Fantastic! "

"This hotel is beautiful in many ways! The views of the lake and mountains are spectacular and the hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable with many quaint sitting areas inside and on the beautiful terraces. Guests can use the spa facilities and it is definitely worth it to find time to use them. Food is great and the staff is so very kind and helpful. Great customer service all around."

"Great New Hotel — Efficient, Beautiful, and Worth the Price I stayed at this hotel recently and had a very positive experience overall. The hotel is brand new, which really shows in its design and cleanliness. It is compact, but the space is used very efficiently — everything is well-organized and aesthetically pleasing. "If I could give this hotel 10 stars instead of 5 for excellency I would. I have never been so overwhelmed by seeing such a beautiful imposing building right overlooking the stunning lake. We were blown away by absolutely everything it offers - location, views, room and breakfast. Very sad to have to leave here and will be back one day. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay in Milan. The Uptown Palace was a terrific "pad" for doing that. Nicely located away from all of the tourists but close enough to enjoy. Our room was nicely sized, clean and sunny. We enjoyed breakfast one morning which was complete and tasty. We hope to be back one day!"
