"Fantastic experience when I checked in. I am in the older age group but she found me a lower bunk although I didn’t ask. (She could tell, well it was 35deg outside) great free family meal then comedy show in evening. Very convenient for Central station and metro. Breakfast not great but only down point. Don’t ignore reviews of the area being unsafe but I’ve seen a lot worse places including home and didn’t ever feel threatened . Thoroughly recommend."

"We had the a perfect view of Lake Como from our room which was absolutely incredible. The room was spacious and very comfortable.
