"This hotel has a lot of potential, but unfortunately it feels like it's running on borrowed time. The biggest disappointment was the front desk experience. The curly-haired woman at reception was neither friendly nor helpful and didn't seem interested in providing good customer service. On the other hand, Héctor, one of the waiters, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. He was easily the highlight of the staff. The property advertises that it's being "renovated," but...

"Property was really private and had a great view of the gulf but its a separate unit from the hotel the living room area didn’t have air conditioning and it’s kind of outdated, no tv in any of the rooms and a really weak ac units in the rooms!!!"
