"Nearly impossible to get reservations at restaurants. Person assigned (Ismael) never responded to reservation request. When trying to make reservation myself during the 2 hour time frame. Always said reservations were full or unavailable. Bell hop did not assist with transfer back to airport. Bell hop just said oh well you have to pay $40 for a taxi."

"I would not stay at another Grand Palladium hotel or resort. Overall I'd say this was maybe a 2.5 or 3 star hotel. Pros: - rooms were clean and relatively modern - bar staff was good - cleaning staff was good - excursions booked through hotel were fun and reasonably priced - I felt safe Cons: - We arrived Tuesday and didn't get moved to a room with hot water until Saturday night.
