"The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean!"

"This a apartment with double-story , as standard in Japan (especially in Tokyo) the apartment is not big but Ok for 10pax of us. Must get the email before your arrival, and read the instructions in detail. MUST get the info 72hrs before your check-in. That's no respond after 7pm working hour. My mistake didn't read the email, end up bit worry about the check-in but end up with Very Helpful staff to get the check-in problem solved. Overall is pretty good in location, clean, cozy,...

"こちらのホテルは残念なことで2022年12月31日をもって最終日とのことでした。年越しそばや従業員のサービスなどとても良かっただけに残念です。"

"Close to the station and the staff are very kind and flexible! "

"Staff was very kind and helpful! Room was large and clean, ammenities were great. Very pleased with this hotel, thank you!"

"Location, design, staff, amenities, breakfast public bath, and little bar amazing!!"

"It good for the price of it."

"The staff were friendly and the location was convenient. The hotel however was very dated and the rooms were basic. Onsen was clean and there was free tea and coffee. If you want a quick easy stop then it’s not too bad but like I said. Basic"

"Excellent location. Everyone at the hotel were very friendly and were very willing to help in any way. Breakfast was an excellent Japanese style served in the room. Will definitely be back when i come to Koyoto. "
