Being just a few minutes away from Kyoto station is awesome! The staff genuinely care and try to make sure everything goes swimmingly! We didn’t see nor use the public baths, hence not sure the quality but it’s nice that the hotel has one. The 7-11 across the street is a plus. "Stayed at 3 different hotels during my trip and this one was my favorite. Nice location with just a 2-mins walk from Kyoto station. 711 is connected to the lobby. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable PJs. Nice shower with very hot water and good water pressure. Fast wifi and tons of info on the TV and the website. The only area that could be improved is the laundry room. There was no trash can, and I found some leftover trash in the washer from the previous user. The dryer also wasn’t very...

"The staff was very welcoming and our room spotless. Great amenities and walking distance to subway, great restaurants and shopping. Complimentary coffee, tea in the front lobby and lounge. The washer and dryer combo in our room was a definite plus. Over all a great hotel to stay at while in Kyoto."
