"I have been staying at the Hotel Metropolitan for over 30 years and it always shines! Everyone is very friendly, the rooms and common areas kept very clean. I did have one issue on this visit as there was an occasional odor in my hallway and room as if the sewer had backed up. I was on the 7th floor. I hope this was temporary and fixable as it was quite unpleasant at times. Thank you."

"It’s near by train stations. Very convenient to go any place in Tokyo. I love the area. Jizo-dohri is just cross the street. I hope the hotel has more laundry machines. It wasn’t available when I wanted to use, always used by other people."
