"Hot like suana. They should have option for cold air instead of hot since the aircond is heated. And window is not opened. We were sweating like pigs. My room is like suana. The corridor of my room is much much cooler than room."

"ツインを利用しましたが、とても丁寧な対応で施設内もお部屋もとてもきれいに清掃されていました。大浴場を利用しましたが、ウォーターサーバーもあり満足でした。コンビニも隣にあり便利でした。ペットボトルのお水も毎日頂けて、これは助かりました。ただ、駅から少し歩くので荷物は少なめがいいと思います。"

"Ajisai Onsen Ryokan presents beautifully. The grounds fit in with the surrounding forest landscape, creating a sense of serenity. The staff were friendly, attentive, and accomodating of various requests, including changes to private onsen access on days when we were engagin in Hakone and Gora's experiences.
