"Nice clean resort. Staff members are amazing. Entertainment staff gets everyone involved. House keeping did a great job. At one point they were cleaning the room and we had to get something out, they verified it was actually our room prior to letting us enter. Over all great small family resort."

"We apparently traveled to Cancun wrong time of year. There was so much seaweed. There was no use of the beach. No swimming was allowed. The pools are fantastic. The staff was great. The food was amazing. Just sad. We couldn’t use the beach."

"Spent a lot of money and this hotel cannot even provide a shuttle to airport after asking the day before we left. Apparently bus was full and they didn’t care and brushed us off , will never use a riu chain again, I’ll spend it elsewhere"

"The hotel is worth the money—the rooms are new and clean. They clean and change the towels every day. The beach is also cleaned daily, and the staff is very polite. I would have liked a bit more variety in the food."

"The room is clean and spacious. The only improvement could be to offer a footstool for younger kids because the sink is really tall. Food was great. A bit on the salty side but you can also take it as flavorful. For breakfast, better go to La Cantina instead of the grand buffer as the buffer is often used for sales presentation and can be very packed and noisy. Overall it’s a great family resort. We had a great time! "
