"This was our first all inclusive. The resort was well maintained and room was serviced often. Definitely a child friendly resort, so many evening activities at the main stage for them and not to mention the water slide park. "

"Hard with kids. Not much to do for them. Small hours for kuds club & varieties as well as pool. Poorly planned elevators for strollers"

"Lots of damages and bad craftsmanship around the property for a new resort. It looks like they rushed the opening. The food was sub par."

"Excellent service, room was spacious and comfortable, staff is amazing, food is good (but they could have a daily special which could bring something new to the menu, and also more seasonal). The buffet at Le Bisous restaurant was spectacular. The only downside is as a gay couple, we would have found appropriated to be called Mr and Mr, on the welcome letter (it was Mr and Mrs). It is not as if the hotel did not know as we pre checked in and also I contacted them prior to the trip to be sure there was no issue). It can be nothing for people but it is important to us. We will come back for sure as it was a real nice stay."
