"The location is ideal for our stop on our road trip. The vibe of the hotel was very cool- my teenagers loved it. We stayed in a private quad which served our needs for a comfy bed and bathroom. The price was perfect and overall the hotel exceeded our expectations."

"Great location, beautiful hotel, easy check in and out. The bed linens were horrible; flat sheet used instead of a fitted, on top of it was another flat sheet, then a thin blanket, on top of the blanket was another flat sheet (very messy). There were no extra blankets in closet, when I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work. Also, housekeeping didn’t check on the room while we’re were out which was annoying because those bed linens were a disaster."

Just imagine paying almost $400 for ONE night for -no pool -outdated hallways and elevators -3rd party valet service so the front desk will not help you at all with them -one one valet (who was so sweet) but it was a 45 min wait if you wanted your car -no microwave -no breakfast It truly just reminds me of how greedy the hotel owners are"

"Location in West Loop is fantastic, a block away from Whole Foods and a number of great restaurants in Greek town. The staff was fantastic in addressing our needs immediately including a clogged sink and sliding door that came off the tracks. The infrastructure is a bit old and outdated. The only complaint was that we had requested a crib, which the check-in staff had reassured us would be in our room. However, it was not there when we arrived. We called to ask for one to be brought up, which...

"The room was very spacious and nice. Having the big living room and kitchen was amazing! Breakfast can get busy, but it’s one of the hotels in Chicago that has FREE breakfast! Nothing special, but gets your day going. Walking distance to so much! For a family…free breakfast and a big suite, it’s perfect."
