I arrived approximately 7pm. The first hour there was a dog parking, but I was told nothing could be done about it until 9pm. The second hour there was slamming of the doors on the door stop every 5-6 minutes, which made the dog barking worse. About 9pm there was what sounded like a stampede of wild horses over my head till 11pm. A complaint was made on the phone and via text. I was able to finally fall asleep about 1am after trying for 3 hours. Approximately 230am, I received a response via text from the front desk which awaken me. The text was useless as it was hours after my concerns and offered no solutions, and interrupted the sleep I was finally able to achieve after trying for hours. So I spent the next hour trying to get back to sleep before my 5am alarm.
Dining: I ordered room service which included a burger med well. What I received is what I would consider a raw that was patty barely brown on the sides. Ended up ordering door dash since I could not sleep due to the extreme noise.
My job requires me to spend a lot of times in hotels. By far this was the worst I have ever experience. I will stay at other Hiltons, but never again at this one.
