"Room, specifically bathroom and bathroom floor needed a remodel. Corners in tub and shower were old and not clean looking. Beds were OK. pillows were very comfy, making up for the pretty flat mattresses. There is no hut tub. There is a pool which was just fine. No view as the window was covered. There is a decent city view in the gym. Front desk woman who checked us in was very professional and had a kind vibe. Valet was the best ever. They were so helpful and nice. The porters were great...

"The front desk staff were very helpful and made for a very smooth check in! The breakfast buffet was amazing and had so many options to choose from. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Overall our stay was great and we will definitely book here again when we come back to visit the city again!"

"Rooms are really nice and comfortable. View was awesome. Location is great, especially if you plan on spending a lot of time near navy pier. The noise level when you’re in your room is wonderful. No loud noises during the entire stay, which we greatly appreciated. The staff we experienced were not super helpful or friendly, and the phone in our room didn’t work. We were unable to contact guest services from our room, which was an annoyance. The restaurant was also not worth the hype. The food...
