"Quirky property. Clean and quiet. Good location. But no elevator from street up to first floor lobby. If you have heavy suitcases, you need to carry them up yourself. No one will help you. Rooms are small, but then most rooms in Paris are small. Staff started out friendly but when I asked how to use the coffee machine, the lady got exasperated and almost threw a fit. "
