"My 9-year-old daughter and I absolutely LOVED our stay at CityHub! From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed with how clean, modern, quiet, and welcoming everything was. The hub had everything we could possibly need, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location was fantastic! We were able to walk to so many places, and being so close to Bus Stop 6 was a huge bonus for all of our tour and airport pickups. It made getting around Reykjavik incredibly easy...

"I only have one recommendation for the hotel. In the lobby, change the ringtone at reception. It is the default tone that immediately breaks the vacation mentality and brings one back to the normal grind of every day life"

"Hotel was clean, staff was helpful and professional, and you can use laundry services. They also can book you a bus to the airport if you plan ahead. Only issue is that it's a bit of a walk to downtown Rekyavik, so best to have a car. Busses were not always reliable."

"Icelandic people are not happy campers. Bad weather? Terrible food? Low pay? Overwhelmed by tourists? Not sure, maybe all of the above. But I have not seen any staff with a friendly smile."

"Bathroom is tiny. You have to step around the toilet to get in and out of the tiny shower. The grout was dirty/moldy and when the main light was on in the bathroom it made a humming noise. Area was ok but we didn’t get any good feels from this property. Comfortable bed. Probably would choose another property the next time we’re are here."
