"The hotel was nice, had a hard time figuring out how to heat the room, the main door is a walk from the parking lot especially when it’s raining and windy. I wish they would allow you to exit with the emergency exit which is conveniently located right by the parking lot. The breakfast wasn’t my favorite not very much selection. The problems were not enough to never come back. They did the best they could and I’d stay here again."

"Very lovely hotel with great location. It is set up with little buildings spread around the main building which houses the reception and the main dining area. Don't unload your luggage when you check in, as you can park outside you designated building."

"Amazing and spacious room! Smelled really nice. King bed was so comfortable. Pull out couch was not so great for the kids but that’s what we expected. Great Nespresso coffee maker and the rainfall shower was amazing. Lighting in the bathroom could be better. View and location were outstanding. Bar on site had a great vibe!"

"I just wanted to post because I read a lot of negative reviews before we stayed here. We had no issues with our check in. Our room number and code were sent several hours before we arrived. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options. The only thing I agreed with in the negative reviews is that it is quite hot in the room. We slept with the windows open and it was fine. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!"

"Be warned: you CANNOT get to this hotel with your own vehicle! You're required to buy a separate bus ticket in order to get to the hotel. We weren't told until a couple weeks before our stay that a bus was required to reach the property. We were stunned to find that bus tickets for our family of four were almost TWICE as expensive as the $285 room we booked for a single night. "Good location , easy to find , welcoming staff and great food court with 3-4 options - we tried 3 over two nights. Fourth was a full service bar with variety of tables and couch areas and a large screen tv showing World Cup matches. Only negative was warm ish room so we opened the window but unfortunately in mid June room was filled with flying insects overnight that woke me up and yes they bite. Screens would help - they’re aware of the issue and are working to fix it. I wish I’d brought...

"Stella at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property has a serenity spa vibe to it. It has a geothermal pool and 2 hot tubs. There is also a quaint river beside it which we swam in as our cold plunge. The food at the restaurant is awesome. Breakfast buffet was really good. Highly recommend this place."
