"Sehr gute Lage direkt im Zentrum. Das Apartment war komplett ausgestattet. Alles war sauber. Das Gebäude ist allerdings sehr hellhörig. Wir würden dort wieder übernachten und können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen."

"Best hotel we stayed in, in Iceland! The most helpful staff, a great restaurant on site (evening meal and breakfast), loads of activities (ping pong, darts, TV, hire bicycles, etc), great room, excellent bar / communal areas. Only two downsides (if I'm being super critical), TV wasn't a smart TV and only had 13 channels, and the area in general is full of midgies (so bring a fly net!). Even had free electric car charging on site!"

"Our room was in a separate building which made getting to breakfast and dinner a wet, chilly affair. The room itself was cramped and not meant to spend time in except to sleep. The bathroom was very small and gave off an unpleasant smell. On the plus side: the dinner was very good, as was the breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and the proximity to the falls made up for most of the shortcomings,"

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Our room was clean and warm when we arrived, and both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and modern. At first, we were a little nervous because the road seemed quite tricky due to the heavy snow and the buildings looked quite rustic from the outside, but everything went smoothly. The breakfast was lovely as well."

"We stayed for one night, Our family of four adults had planty of room. The common areas were big enough to accommodate all of us while watching a movie. It felt a little like "sleep away camp" from our younger days. Nothing was over the top fancy, but everything was functional and clean. That was all we needed for our one night stay. The place is also very quiet. Parking is right next to the unit, so moving luggage was easy enough. We would stay here again."

"The location, location, location! Hotel is situated across the bay from Akureyri, 5km easy drive over the bridge. From the room or walk out to the patio, there is a magnificent view at the fiord, Akureyri with the mountains behind, view at river valley... Hotel is very nicely designed. Free parking. Room was super clean, breakfast included for the good begining of the day. Service excellent. Would stay again, highly recommend."

"A beautiful guesthouse personally operated by a family of seniors. Beautiful ocean facing house with multiple individual rooms for renting. There is a common kitchen for use. Rooms were very well stocked with amenities and clean and tidy rooms."
