"Very cool place! Soaked in the beautiful little hot tub. The restaurant next door had amazing food and drink, the staff wasvery pleasent and welcoming. Loved all the viking themed trinkets and overall vibe. Neat little stay for seeing the volcano and surrounding sites. Highly recommend!!"

"So this was a fantastic property. It was centrally located to just about everything in Reykjavík. It was more than a hostel, and the private rooms were well worth the price. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip."

"The pods are a clever way to have inexpensive rooms for short stays. Checking in is easy. You have a locker in which to store your belongings. Your key card is in there along with clean towels. To access the pod, you need to use the key card. Once inside, put the key card in the slot to enable the lights and other electronics. It is fairly large for what it is. There is a fan to help with those that might feel claustrophobic. Because of the size of the space, I never felt claustrophobic."

"Decor of the room is sleek, new design, no aircond, need to open up window for cold air to come in. The problems are in between walls no soundproof. I could hear my upstairs running jumping after 11pm. My next wall tv noise, other side wall talkg. At 1am +, i was awaken by noises chasing northern lights outside my windows."

"I booked a double room but received a twin room. There's insufficient space to hang stuff. With basic blinds that are not blackout curtain, be prepared to get woken up at 5am by the sunlight. If not, by the noisy neighbours which the rooms don't seem to be noiseproof. Noticeable stench of urine in male washroom. The shower lacked place to hang towel. Fortunately there's a study table and chair in the shower room so at least I can put my stuff there. There's simply no hostel vibe unlike other...

"The location is perfect for exploring downtown. The only issue are the doors slam easily. So during the night you can hear other guest comming and going. Other thank that, it was a very nice stay. Thanks David B"

"Clean comfortable quiet. Great location. Hair drier didn’t work and had to go to desk to get replacement, instead of one being sent up. Inconvenient just coming out of shower. Otherwise all was great"
