Very perfect location, close to Bucee's & other stores, it's perfectly in the middle between Knoxville & Gatlinburg so I absolutely loved that and would book again. "The temperature of room would not stay consistent. The pool was lacking. Both the keys stopped working and had to be rekeyed. The breakfast was decent but not great and coffee was not very good. They charged us an incidental fee that was not disclosed to us upon booking so our stay was more then we budgeted for. The hotel itself just seemed run down and we thought being a marriot brand it would of been better."

"Ive stayed at this property several times as I am frequently in the area on business. This is the first time since the remodel - and it feels like a huge downgrade. The rooms are now barren and uninviting. Lighting is poor. The first room I was assigned only had 1 pole lamp in the corner as the only light source. The front desk person was very kind in switching me to a different room - it was better lit, but it was sparsely decorated and furnished - there was not an adequate work desk, only a small round table on the opposite side of the room wedged under the TV - not near any plug ins to power the laptop. Most disappointing is the fact that the beds no longer have protective encasements on them - hopefully the remodel isn’t finished and it will get back to what it’s been in the past. "
