"We had a friendly welcome & got a room upgrade ,room was wonderfull ,cleaned each day & fabulous sea view. Breakfast was perfect so much choice & great times 6.30-10am Even thou pool wasnt open till 4pm due to renovations ,we could use another at sister hotel . Thankyou a great stay & location."

"Our stay was a bit disappointing. We stayed 2 nights for my birthday weekend, there was no housekeeping which i found odd. The room was ok but nothing special. For the price we paid at almost 500 per night, I expected a lot more. I would suggest at this price point daily housekeeping should be standard as well as parking be included and even breakfast. "This was one of our best stays during our vacation. The staff were excellent, with above and beyond service at the front desk. For the size of the suite we had it was a great value (2 bed/2 bath) and in a convenient location. It was clean and all necessary amenities are provided. Highly recommend"

"Rosie in the breakfast zone was amazing- so friendly and helpful especially our egg order when we had to leave early to drive back to Sydney. Room was basic only problem was the shower drain did not catch the water so the whole bathroom floor flooded. Avoid rooms 102-108 as extremely noisy as people walked from the hotel back to their rooms. "

As follows Dirty marks on carpets (entry)TV screen and coffee table had been wiped down with filthy cloth left brown marks on glass we tried to clean them. Windows were dirty on outside. Between cushions on couch food and other debris etc. If any proper inspections were carried out, they would have seen these issues."
