"Relatively a new facility, with a good location over-looking the river, very close to the train station, easy access to city center by Uber/taxi, tram, or by walking. Gym has good equipment, but limited. Staff very helpful. Restaurant is good, and also able to get refreshments, snacks etc for your room. AC was not as effective as needed for 100 degree heat wave. Rooms are a good size for EU standards with a good bathroom and closet space. Two small elevators, with one not working for 5 days was...

"Always an English-speaker at the reception desk. They are very helpful, gracious and respectful. The room was clean and the sofa bed was made up before check-in so we were able to rest quickly after a long travel day. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was good. You can earn drink coupons by conserving your towels. The breakfast buffet had good variety and tasted good. Very close to bus and tram stops."

"This is truly a five star hotel and experience. The location is perfect - so many stores and restaurants in walking distance and very easy tram system next to hotel (our first time using tram and wonderful way to get around, Bordeaux is huge). The staff are wonderful and provide high level service throughout your stay. Breakfast buffet is outstanding with great service and variety. Spa is special. Definitely recommend highly."
