"We had a split level suite, with a ver comfortable king bed upstairs and two half sofa beds available downstairs. No window upstairs and the one downstairs had no view. Pas de problem. Parking was very easy. The onsite guest laundry was also simple to use and washed/dried in one cycle per machine for 5e total. Nice! WiFi excellent. "Most friendly staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in. From the time we checked in until we sadly checked out the staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. Mathilda in the restaurant was so helpful with not only breakfast but also great suggestions on places to visit in Bordeaux.The hotel is located across the street from a mall and a Tram station. So easy to get anywhere in Bordeaux from this hotel. Would love to stay here again."

"Lovely welcome, bar open late. Room and other areas ultraclean. Room very comfortable for one person, but might be a squeeze for 2 people with luggage. Breakfast really good, exactly what was wanted. Very convenient for station, but no train noise -- in fact, no noise at all in my room at the back. I'll go there again. "

"Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Bordeaux centre. An ideal base for exploring the city on foot, close to many of the sights and endless cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from. A special mention to the excellent reception staff who helped us book a *very* early taxi to the train station when our original train was cancelled. And even gave us a coffee to fuel us for the 4.30am start! We look forward to our next visit. "
