"Truly a five-star experience. Everything was immaculate and thoughtfully considered. Some of the most pleasant front desk staff I’ve ever encountered in my travels. Service at the hotel restaurant was painfully slow but the restaurant staff were very pleasant nonetheless. Very comfortable bedding, it was hard to get up out of bed in the morning. Room was very spacious by European standards and finely decorated."

"I was so excited to stay at this hotel and admittedly had high expectations. The hotel itself is gorgeous, breath-taking even. It's incredibly well-kept, surrounded by gorgeous vineyards, the room was spacious with views overlooking vineyards, the pool clean, the restaurant was beautiful. We loved taking the bikes out and riding through the vineyard backroads to visit multiple wineries and the location itself is only a 5 minute drive to town. My call out on this stay was the staff... "Séjour de 2 nuits à Bidart dans cet hotel au moment de l'éclipse. Le personnel était très accueillant et professionnel. La chambre était certes petite (nous le savions) mais avant tout très confortable, avec une super literie, ainsi qu'une climatisation et une insonorisation efficaces (pas de bruit alors que l'hotel était complet). Petit-déjeuner buffet de qualité, réapprovisionné régulièrement, avec en bonus des crêpes servies a table avec le sourire."
