"Splendid hotel and well located in old city. The staff were exceptional. Always very friendly and helpful. The English concierge ( who spoke fluent French ) gave us some great tips on nearby restaurants and recommended a wonderful wine tour to the left and right bank which was so informative and personal. Money well spent !! I would highly recommend this hotel in such a vibrant and beautiful city. ✅✅"

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with two nightstands and plenty of outlets to charge our devices. I loved the tall windows that let in lots of natural light, and the closet was roomy and even had its own light. The room also had a small table with two chairs — perfect for meals or working. "Our stay in this delightful old building (in the Chambre Quinconces) was wonderful - the location was perfect, in a quiet street despite being so close to the main shopping area and cathedral. The comfortable lounge area and simple but very enjoyable breakfast was a bonus. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. For us it was the perfect choice and we would love to return if we visit Bordeaux again."
