We upgraded to the deluxe room which was ok in a new part. My daughter had a normal room which was very small in original building. It was alright for a one or 2 night stay. Breakfast was a very small buffet would had been nice to be able to order eggs. Location was good. Overall satisfactory.

Marty Hotel Bordeaux, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is a little away from the main tourist spots, but that’s exactly what I love about it. Tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood, it’s a peaceful retreat with tram and bus stops within easy walking distance. Petit but charming, the hotel boasts beautiful decor throughout, from the rooms to the lobby and dining area, each space thoughtfully designed with its own character. The real highlight, though, is the front desk team. A lovely bunch of chatty, helpful ladies who make you feel genuinely warm and welcome from the moment you arrive. Their personal touch makes all the difference. Sometimes, it’s not the grandest hotel that wins you over, but its charm and the people behind it. Marty Hotel certainly got that right.

The hotel is chic, modern, and stylish. It is a short walk to the city center but you could also access the Bordeaux efficient Tram system (a quick walk) to go to the city center. We checked-in here 3 days ago fo a 5 days stay and got a wonderful supreme room upgrade with a King bed and a charming terrace. The room is clean, quiet and modern and the bed is comfy. Their bar has a very good selection of delicious cocktails along with good bar snacks especially the charcuterie board. The front desk and the bartender were friendly and attentive!

Good stay, staff was great and helpful , considering the the room did not have air condition. We were provided big fans!!! This is not what a four star hotel should have. Breakfast was OK, nothing outstanding , however enough choices . Checkout was OK, staff could not care less

The lobby was beautiful. There was a quiet room attached for sitting plus a hotel bar. We liked the location. It was a bit of a walk into the tourist area. There are lots of good restaurants within blocks of the hotel. The front desk gives you a list. We tried several. We were not happy with the room. We had two twin beds which took up the whole room. A small table and chairs were shoved up against the wall and bed. What we found really annoying was the lights. The only way to turn on the bathroom light was to turn on the main light, waking up the other person. We ended up putting a lamp into the bathroom

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze and they assisted with making dinner reservations. Room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being close enough to walk everywhere but not in the middle of a busy tourist area. Would stay here again. The lounge and bartender was great and it was nice to sit and have a beverage to wind down in the evening either before or after dinner.

The hotell is nice, a bit away from downtown, but easy accessible by tram. Nothing excites close to the hotel, but big nice room and the breakfast is good. Good garage for our car. I’ll be back to this one.

We enjoyed our stay. Smooth check in. Easy parking. Staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Just a few minutes walk from all of the area highlights. Wish the room TVs were set up to steam and/or cast. The viewing options are limited. Also would have appreciated a working refrigerator in the room. Apparently none of these refillable are working in the hotel. We enjoyed the staff and the location.
