"Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful, room not laid out well, double bed in a corner with luggage rack on the open side. No bar or restaurant, though plenty, a good 10mins walk away! Probably not a good choice for older tourists! Younger travellers may well appreciate “the vibe” more!"

"The actual building and rooms are much nicer than the pics. Room was a bit on the smaller side with no closets for clothes or a tea kettle (but you can get one from the front desk) but very clean and comfy beds. The view from my room on 8th floor was decent. Breakfast is pretty good except for the coffee which was spoilt by the powdered milk in the machine- get a double expresso and add fresh milk (they even have soy milk and almond milk). "The staff were nice and the hotel itself is nice. However, upon arrival, their system was down, which resulted in a 3 hour delay for checking in. Then, their system AC did not properly work. My room was overheated, and they did not have any fans on property. On my last night, their system AC (and all electricity) were out for 30-40 minutes…all during a heatwave. It made for miserable evenings and attempts at sleeping."

"The location is super close to the airport, the room was clean, great shower, but I have to point out the amazing Manon! She went above and beyond. She truly made our stay terrific. "The hotel is a little gem just 30 mins outside of Bordeaux city. The building and rooms are beautiful, and the grounds stunning. We loved our room and it was very spacious with high ceilings.
