"This was an interesting place. it is not a typical hotel being a 'co-living' centre with several long stay options as well as short stays. It is to the north of the city centre but within easy reach of tram and bus. The room was clean, comfortable and while not luxurious had all that could be asked. There is no restaurant or bar but the Halle Bacalan is a 10 minute walk away with a range of food bars. Breakfast is self service and fine. The staff were friendly and helpful providing advice...

"On m’a appelé quelques heures avant mon arrivée pour me dire qu’il y avait un problème avec ma réservation et que l on allait me déplacer sur un autre site, j’ai refusé car c est l emplacement qui était le plus proche du site où je me rendais, face à mon refus on m’a dit qu on me rappellerait, j attends encore… j ai donc rappelé 3 heures après et on m’a dit qu enfin de compte ma réservation etait confirmée. "Difficult to check in. No hairdryers."

"Very friendly staff, comfortable and spacious accommodation. Only challenge is an accurate understanding of meeting arrangements to gain initial entry: Staff was waiting inside, unbeknownst to us, whilewe were waiting outside ! Instructions should stress “ring doorbell on arrival”, and provide location, since it’s a little hard to find, especially in the dark. But otherwise a truly lovely choice in Bordeaux."
