"It’s a very pricy hotel, when we first received our room it wasn’t very clean, especially the bathroom, shower didn’t seem like they cleaned it very good. They don’t have a small fridge. They have no self parking only valet. The pool closes very early at 7pm. The beach side was not clean, there was an excessive seaweed piles up at the shore, it definitely does not look like the pictures. A few Staff were not very pleasant, seems to me they don’t like their job. But hey I understand too much work...

"There were several shower tiles that were moldy there’s no good barrier between shower and floor so bathroom floor gets very wet"

"My daughters and I came from Canada for a concert and stayed 5 nights. We loved the resort so much that we are already planning to go back! Everything was perfect. The villa was great, very clean and had everything we beeded. The resort itself has lots of dining options and other amenities. The location was also fantastic! They can be a little busy/hard to reach by phone at times. Zero complaints though! Can't wait til the next stay!"
